ACCORDING TO JASON:
I’m 28 years old, 5’9” tall, and began this journey at 241lbs. For my age, I really wasn’t very healthy. My weight had been fluctuating due to issues in my life and marriage. Time and again I would fail to keep the weight off with diet and exercise alone. By the end of 2014, I had packed the pounds back on and needed something positive in my life when my dad suggested I join the Slenderiiz to the Max weight loss challenge.

FROM WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE TO LIFESTYLE:
Through the Slenderiiz program, I learned the tools I needed to drop the weight and successfully keep it off. PureNourish, Power Boost, and Beauty Boosts have become daily staples in my life. They taste great, are satisfying, help me feel full, and provide a complete and balanced nutrition, which is key when trying to control weight. Soon, I stopped craving empty calories and began choosing nutrient-dense, fiber-rich foods instead.

FITTING IN EXERCISE:
I worked my way up in terms of exercising. I began with daily walks with my two girls. I then progressed to a 30-50 minute cardio workout once I joined my local fitness center. Finally, toward the end of the challenge, I also started adding in some weight training.

MOVING FORWARD:
Knowledge is key for my future. We are all in control of our daily food decisions and for me, health boils down to three simple choices: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With Slenderiiz and PureNourish, in particular, I am able to make daily, weekly, and lifelong eating habits that put me in control of my weight again.
